Pregnancy is a precious time is a womans life. Growing and protecting a baby is not only special, it is also hard on both the body and the mind. Hormone fluxuations can cause many side effects including sickness, swelling, muscle and joint pain and more, whilst the physical changes to the body can sometimes feel overwhelming and hard to deal with. All whilst you are trying to remain positive and blessed to be carrying your baby.

I have designed my pregnancy treatments to take in all of the above. The need to be pampered and relax, whilst also ensuring your comfort throughout, making sure the needs of both the body and the mind are met. A range of safe oils are used to enhance this, whilst recommendations for products to use at home are also available.

Full body massage - £30

Specifically tailored to the needs of the stage of pregnancy, this massage will help to reduce aches and pains, whilst helping you to rest and rejuvenate.

Baby Mama Retreat - £58

A body exfoliation kickstarts the treatment, helping to remove dead skincells from hard to reach areas, allowing the oils from the back massage to sink in deeper. This is then followed with a luxury facial, and a reflexology session. Working on soothing tension from head and feet, this treatment combination can help reduce anxiety and some common pregnancy ailments. The perfect head to toe Prenatal pamper

Additional Information

I am a huge supporter of the services available for helping with Pre and post natal mental health challenges. Having been through 3 pregnancies, each has been different and given me its own mental difficulties to overcome. I have been very fortunate to have been able to access a number of services available to me through my GP and Health Visitor and am grateful to for the help I have received.

I am very aware of how easy it is to believe that the feeling you have are completely normal and will pass, through my own battles and those of friends around me. That may be the case, but sometimes they can linger, leaving you feel tired and at breaking point. Speaking to someone is so very important but can also feel like the hardest thing to do. Should you wish to open up to someone, then I have an ear to listen and tea and coffee readily available and can help guide you to a number of services and options. I can book you in to learn some baby massage techniques to help both baby and you. You are not alone.

Please know that anything you discuss with me during your treatment is of the strictest confidentiality, unless I believe you are in danger in which case I will help you find the right help and care.
